About Our Keynote speaker
The Rev. Eugene Cho
Eugene Cho has spent nearly three decades pastoring local churches, most notably as the founder and lead pastor of Quest Church in Seattle. He now leads Bread for the World, where he preaches and speaks about ending hunger, justice, and leadership at the intersection of faith and public life.
Eugene is also the founder of One Day's Wages, a grassroots movement promoting awareness of extreme global poverty and supporting sustainable relief through partnerships with small organizations in developing regions. He is the author of several books, including Thou Shalt Not Be a Jerk: A Christian's Guide to Engaging Politics and Overrated: Are We More in Love with the Idea of Changing the World than Actually Changing the World?
Born in Seoul, South Korea, Eugene's family emigrated to the United States when he was a child. His father was born in a village outside Pyongyang in what is now North Korea. He has been recognized by the Department of Homeland Security as an Outstanding American by Choice for his contributions to public life.
Eugene has been married to Minhee J. Cho for nearly 30 years, and they have three adult children.

Bishop Elect Fraser Venter
Rev. Dr. Fraser Venter is passionate about equipping Christian leaders who are committed to addressing injustice through the church, their organizations, and everyday life. With more than 30 years of pastoral and leadership experience, he brings expertise in spiritual formation, life coaching, Cultural Intelligence training, bias training, and biblical justice and advocacy. Fraser offers both a prophetic and pastoral voice to the work of justice, with a vision for helping create environments where peace, justice, and righteousness flourish together.
After graduating from San Diego State University in 1989, Fraser began his career in business before sensing a call to ministry. In 1993, he entered full-time pastoral work at Light and Life Free Methodist Church in Long Beach, serving in a variety of ministry roles. In 1997, he and his family were asked to lead Cucamonga Christian Fellowship, where they served for more than 25 years.
Fraser and his wife, JoAnne, have been married for over 30 years and have two children, Madisen and Jeffrey. JoAnne has worked in sales for more than 25 years while also serving faithfully in ministry, including many years of leading prayer ministries at CCF. Fraser believes deeply in the transformative power of the gospel and seeks to encourage and strengthen others who share a calling to biblical justice.

Bishop Kenny Martin
Bishop Kenny Martin presides over the Free Methodist Church USA along the West Coast (including Alaska and Hawaii) and in the South Central U.S. and Upper Midwest. He was elected to the Board of Bishops at General Conference 2023 after starting the Kingdom Cathedral church plant in San Bernardino, California, and serving since 1991 as a Free Methodist pastor in California, Indiana, Maryland, and Missouri.
His educational experiences include studies at Greenville, Spring Arbor, and Mid-America Christian universities. He is married to Rev. Estelle Martin, and they have two daughters and several grandchildren.
